The second pillar – Train – will see us provide a culinary education and vocational training in an effort to prepare our students for work in the hospitality industry. Our programme will cover culinary skills as well as including soft skills training such as teamwork, leadership and time management, so that our participants are ready to embark on a hospitality career.
