Mamadou #cookingwithrefugees at To Lokali!

Our brilliantly talented Sous Chef Mamadou took #cookingwithrefugees by storm and cooked up a feast at the fabulous To Lokali restaurant in Psyri for one night.

Mamadou showcased the brilliant flavours of Guinean food, crafting a menu with chef Alexandros Charalabopoulos.

The whole SKP team, volunteers and lucky restaurant goers were treated to a menu of fried plantain with a creamy avocado sauce, the freshest of ceviches, and the most deliciously charred chicken yassa, amongst other delightful dishes!

We are so happy that one of our chefs once again is part of such a fantastic initiative organised by the UNHCR Greece. And of course, bravo to Mamadou for stepping up to the challenge and passing with flying colours!!
